Anyone younger than 35 years. If you are older than 35 but younger that 65 you can buy the insurance too, but the price will be increased with a loading. Check the premium table to see the current premium.

The ISIS travel insurance gives you an extensive cover during your travel or stay abroad. Emergency medical expenses, travel expenses and accidental cover are included in the Budget package. The Standard package offers you a higher cover and includes also liability, legal expences, luggage and sports cover.

As these requirements may change we advise you to check first whether or not the insurance cover fulfills these requirements. If you are going to study abroad check the insurance requirements of your University or school too. Sometimes they will try to sell you their own, more expensive, local insurance.

Only Standard cover offers you an extensive sport cover.

Is there a minimum price or minimum period to take out insurance?

Yes, a period of minimum one week.

And a maximum period?

Yes, one year.

If you plan to stay longer you can take out insurance for one year and then extend it for (maximum) another year.

You can extend your policy at any time. The only conditions are that the policy must still be valid at the moment of extension and that the maximum insured period has not been reached yet. When extended cover starts the day after expiration of the original policy.

Insurance ends when you return to your home country. If you are studying abroad we advise you to take an insurance only for the time abroad.

Once cover has started no premium refund shall be possible.
